Job Description Prepares the daily schedule requirements and issues post-patrol assignments to Security Officers for the duration of their shifts. Ensures maintained legible and accurate records of all control center documents to include General Security Log, Key Control, Lost and Found, and Visitor Passes. Ensures rosters are posted and timesheets are submitted on time. Ensures that the department operational budget is strictly adhered to, all costs are controlled, and expenditures are approved. Reviews scheduled functions, group or VIP arrivals, and special events and discusses special instructions with relevant departments. Supervises all aspects of key distribution and control according to policies and procedures of the hotel and reports any discrepancies immediately to superiors. Continuously maintains and services all equipment related or assigned to the department, as specified in equipment manuals. Ensures that all hotel vehicles are properly maintained. Controls car log books, distribution of car keys, damages, and kilometers driven per day.

Qualifications Your keys to success: Significant experience in the workplace safety field and a strong understanding of respective legislation. Preferably experience within the hospitality industry. Purposeful leadership style with the ability to maintain a high-performing team and develop talent. Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive processes forward. Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build rapport easily. Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage an audience. Skilled negotiator and sound decision-making ability.

Additional Information Your experience and skills include: Relevant sales experience for 2-4 years in a similar role. Preferred experience in pre-opening hotels. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Highly responsible & reliable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
