IT Manager - Laboratory Information Systems

• Manage and maintain the existing LIS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Analyse the business impact of IT decisions and provide strategic advice to stakeholders across the organisation.
• Develop a comprehensive IT roadmap for the regional offices, encompassing both pre and post-deployment strategies.
• Lead the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Champion strong cybersecurity practices and ensure the protection of sensitive data.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and persuasion skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach, actively participating in IT tasks while maintaining a strategic vision for regional IT development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), possessing a deep understanding of the gold standard for LIS and best practices in the field.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
