We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with a passion for the nightlife scene to join our team for the opening of a new nightlife venue in Dubai. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that will boost the venue’s visibility, drive guest traffic, and enhance revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Partner with management to set marketing objectives and design strategies that align with the venue’s business goals.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee and enhance the venue’s digital presence, including website and social media. Develop engaging content, manage online advertising, and optimize campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Event Promotion: Collaborate with the team to highlight DJ performances and special events. Plan and implement marketing strategies for these events, including pre- and post-event promotions.
  • Brand Management: Maintain a cohesive brand message across all platforms. Handle online reviews and customer feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within the F&B or entertainment sector.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to innovate and engage audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the local market and trends in the F&B and entertainment industries.
