- Providing drug information to healthcare professionals & patients.
- Knowledgeable & well aware of all Insurance policies & procedures & minimizing claims rejections
- Controlled Drugs Management
- Stock & Expiry Management
- Follow DOH & MOH rules & regulations
- Organizing & supervising Pharmacy technician workflow
- Assuring pharmacy confidentiality and patient privacy at high priority
- Flexible to do shift duty
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Develop positive business relationships with customers at Pharmacy level to achieve growth
- Ability to work compatibly with colleagues to reach consensus and to achieve Department goals.
- Work efficiently in different shifts, public holidays and weekends.
